In 2010, a promising investment opportunity was identified in the U.S. real estate market and the overall economy. This led to an exploration of the opportunity, which included visits to Raleigh, North Carolina, and Jacksonville, Florida. After a less-than-satisfactory experience in North Carolina, the decision was made to invest in Jacksonville, Florida.

Wellsen Limited Inc. (WLI) was established in 2012 to buy rental real estate properties in Jacksonville. Then, on March 31, 2021, Wellsen Construction Inc. (WCI) was established to manage WLI-owned properties and handle future construction. In August 2024, WLI and WCI initiated the development of commercial and residential buildings, with a focus on supporting the growth of Wellsen Limited Inc.
